Columbia Gorge STEM Hub

The Columbia Gorge STEM Hub is a regional network of schools, nonprofits, businesses, and civic leaders working to increase opportunities for all students in the region to pursue careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM).

The Hub is part of an ecosystem of 11 similar organizations across the state, funded through the Oregon State Legislature’s STEM Investment Council and local champions. Each hub uses a systems approach to drive change, while also providing some programming in house (such as STEM Institutes and a lending library for teachers). (could cut this 2nd sentence)

We support the counties of Gilliam, Hood River, Sherman, Wasco, & Wheeler in Oregon, while also collaborating with Skamania & Klickitat counties in Washington.
