Join the GTA for our November Featured Event with a presentation on “Creating Intentional Profit Growth” by Rick Leibowitz with the Small Business Development Center. After time for networking, Rick’s discussion will identify three strategies that business can use for profit growth, including: 1. Pricing Strategy, 2. Value Added Enhancements (adding product/service extras), and 3. Productivity Enhancements.
Most business owners view their business from the inside out. In all areas of intentional profit building, we will look at how to use an outside-in analysis to assess opportunities for growth. Rick will provide an introduction on how to utilize simple market research, focus groups and data analytics to look for areas of improvement.
