Cybersecurity or perhaps insecurity is a nearly constant part of our lives today. So much so, that many have become “tone deaf” to the problem. How did we get to a point in life where a registered letter announcing the compromise of your personal and financial data by Russia, China, or a central European crime syndicate became a run of the mill event? How many $400 million crypto-currency bank robberies can an economy “absorb” before it becomes “real money” to us?
Should we be concerned? What if anything can we do about it? If it’s this bad today, what will it be like tomorrow or in 2030?
Join the GTA for our Feb 27 Featured Event to find out with presenter Randy Blaisdell of R.L. Blaisdell Consulting, providing strategic cybersecurity and information technologies for business and government. Randy has been in cybersecurity for 36 years, first with the Air Force where he retired as full Colonel and then as Systems Director of Information Assurance for The Aerospace Corporation.
This event is free for GTA Members, $10 for non-members. Appetizers and networking time included; no-host bar.
