East Cascades Works (EC Works) is a non-profit organization that works in partnership with state and local entities to support the talent needs of employers and the career goals of individuals in order to fuel a thriving economy.
The EC Works region spans a ten-county region, just east of the Cascades that includes: Hood River, Wasco, Sherman, Gilliam, Wheeler, Jefferson, Crook, Deschutes, Klamath and Lake counties.
