Gorge Women in STEM (GWIS)

GWIS LogoGorge Women in STEM started in late 2017 as a group dedicated to connecting and supporting women working in the fields of science, technology, engineering and math in the Columbia River Gorge.

Coming out of the Covid-19 pandemic, GWIS is focused on rebuilding our community and reminding women throughout the Columbia River Gorge that we are here to support them and help them thrive.

Participation in GWIS events is open to all women and allies that align with the mission of the group.

This initiative is supported by the Gorge Tech Alliance, with  special thanks to our 2022 sponsors Overwatch Imaging and SightLine Applications!    Event sponsorship and in-kind donations of venue space are greatly appreciated.  Email gwis@crgta.org for any donation inquiries.

Meet the GWIS Leadership Team! Are you interested in joining the leadership team?  Email us at gwis@crgta.org for more information.
