Design and Prototype Development
Real Carbon had developed products and innovative composite solutions for the following markets: Consumer, industrial, marine, medical, military, musical, recreational, and UAV.

Projects typically involve extensive analysis, design, research, prototyping and fabrication. Our design capabilities include 3D modeling of composite products. We typically develop prototypes and production parts from 3D models.

Manufacturing
Real Carbon uses a number of compression molding techniques to manufacture a wide variety of prepreg composite products. We design and prototype all of our customer’s products with production tooling to minimize scaling issues. Real Carbon often integrates non-composite parts and frequently builds complete assemblies including our composite parts.
