A lifelong resident of the Gorge, Seraphim has transitioned from technical hardware repair to leading the charge on innovative service platforms that are changing how local businesses approach their digital infrastructure.
From Hardware to High-Level Strategy
Seraphim’s history with Solutions IT runs deep, beginning with an internship in 2013 and officially joining the team in 2018. His career in tech started under the “hood,” where he specialized in the then Retail Department, handling sales and complex repairs for Mac computers.
“It was fun to not only sell people computers but take the hood off and
understand the design and different ways to troubleshoot.”
This foundational understanding of hardware and user needs allowed Seraphim to progress from a technician to inside sales, then to Account Manager, and finally to his current role in Marketing. Today, he uses that technical background to bridge the gap between complex IT solutions and the local business community.
Innovation Spotlight: The “Harvy” Platform
The past year has been a milestone for Solutions iT with the development of Harvy, a revolutionary new platform aimed at the “do-it-yourself” market. While Solutions iT remains a premier Managed IT Services Provider (MSP), Harvy represents a progressive shift in the industry:
